Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Coordinator role located on-site in Colombo. The Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination of administrative activities and assisting with student services. Some of the day-to-day tasks include record-keeping, scheduling, communication, and providing assistance to students and faculty.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in administrative support or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of higher education operations and policies is a plus
