Assistant Brand Manager
Responsible for effectively supporting the Brand Manager on operations for OTIF execution of both revenue and equity building tasks so that the periodical KPIs are met. These primarily entail the following
- Monthly brand performance review and diagnosis to propose justified subsequent monthly brand plan based on clear learnings
- Weekly revenue performance review across channels/SKUs: with post collective actions from trade marketing and sales function
- Bi-Weekly field visits to improve depth of consumers, traders and competition understand; undertaking swift market feedback sessions for speedy action
- Co-ordinating across functions for OTIF : inventory readiness, controlled brand expenditures to mangage A&P budget, IT system preparation, etc.
- Actively learning from the environment, one’s own actions and via the rich academic resources to grow and become better
