Job Responsibilities

Strategize new items and product launches.
Work with a cross functional team to launch new items.
Ensure all launches are planned and launched on time.
Manage the portfolio of 300 items.
Ensure business rules are followed for each product and managed appropriately
Execute campaigns and promotions.
Generate sales reports and monitor sales, contribution and margins
Get involved in negotiations with suppliers.
Achieve monthly targets on sales.
Achieve contribution targets.

Person Specifications

Should possess a Degree in Business Management or Marketing
Minimum 03 to 04 years work experience in the similar capacity
Microsoft Excel,
Practical knowledge about dealing with international suppliers, logistics operations and dealing with customs and other related authorities,
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
