Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 7-8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
