Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives and senior management to identify business needs and opportunities
• Conduct in-depth analysis and assessments to develop strategic recommendations
• Design and implement process improvements to optimize business performance
• Lead workshops and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure objectives are met
• Act as a mentor and advisor to other team members, sharing best practices and insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 9+ years of experience in business consulting or a related role
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience leading complex business transformation projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building strong client relationships
