Job description

 

• Key Responsibilities:*

• Assist in creating the project calendar and following up to get action Items and tasks completed within the timelines.
• Provide support with the design, development, and management of IVR solutions.
• Website & Knowledge portal content management.
• Track and monitor customer service system issues until they get resolved.
• Manage the departmental intranet page ensuring timely information updates.
• Deal with UAT for new systems and products.
• Assist in taking initiatives for multiple digital transformations and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

 

• Key Requirements:*

 

• 1-year experience in a similar capacity.
• Having previous experience in the Telco industry will be an added advantage.
• A diploma or a full/part qualification in business management/IT would be advantageous.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office package.
• Should be flexible to work after office hours to complete urgent assignments.
