Senior Software Engineer
The Role
In this role, you’ll be tasked to develop end-to-end cutting-edge user interfaces for our AI platform, focusing on enhancing user experience and performance. As a core member, you will plan, develop, and shape our frontend and backend architecture, tackle complex design challenges, work closely with our backend and design teams, and lead the delivery of features to production. 70% of the work will be frontend and 30% will be backend.
Ideal Profile
- Is enthusiastic about frontend development and has a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Develops high-quality code using advanced practices like Domain-Driven Design, Clean Code principles, and Design Patterns.
- Prioritizes tasks effectively, adapting to a startup’s pace while ensuring codebase extensibility and modularity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of full stack engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with React and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript and modern technologies.
- Experience working in a cloud-native environment (preferably AWS).
- Proven experience in planning and implementing complex systems, including event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
- Fluent in English.
Advantageous Skills and Experiences:
- Experience in SaaS companies serving enterprises or the sales industry.
- Involvement in enterprise deployments, understanding enterprise-level requirements.
- Previous tech lead, principal engineer, or architect roles, showcasing leadership and decision-making abilities.
