Requirements:

·At least 3 years experience on a similar position (preferably in FMCG)

·Excellent knowledge of Romanian labour legislation

·Good knowledge of HR related functions and processes

·Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to identify areas of improvement in processes and team ways of working

·Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP for HR)

·Very good analytical and MS Office skills (mail merge, pivot tables, ppt)

·Well-organized, accurate and attentive to details

·Team player, open personality, proactive attitude

·Very good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

·Data maintenance in the Workday and other HR systems

·Collecting and transferring payroll data to the Payroll provider; processing and verification of payroll data, working together with internal and external contributors and monitor KPIs

·Participating in HR projects as well as working with close cooperation with People Partners and HRBP

·Maintaining and updating HR procedures and policies

·Maintaining and updating documents related to HR processes

·Proactively identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

·Providing information to the employees on HR related aspects

·Preparing employee and workforce reports: any standard or non-standard HR report needed internally or externally, or any ad-hoc business cases requested
