We are on the lookout for an IT Business Analyst to collaborate with the Project Manager and the Client Servicing team to capture software requirements and turn them into user stories for the development team.

Your responsibilities are:

• Working alongside a dynamic team of professionals to capture software requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories, process models, and use cases.
• Analysing requirements and turning them into user stories for development teams to design and develop applications.
• Working with customers at all levels of technical ability by assisting them in the customization and development of technical solutions.
• Reviewing existing documentation to understand system functionality and use that information to create user stories to be assigned to the technical team for execution.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a cross-functional development environment.
• Experience in translating business requirements to user stories for implementation.
• Experience in working on web-based applications.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and technical personnel.
• Must possess a good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience in using Jira is preferred.
