We are looking for a passionate intern to join our exciting, challenging IT Team. You will perform technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and efficiency of computer systems.

You will be responsible for supporting the IT team by resolving day-to-day incidents such as hardware and network issues while providing the best practice & guidance to the end users. You will also be required to keep a great relationship with the external vendors while maintaining the IT assets.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point to provide IT support and assistance for internal staff by giving them required support in terms of hardware and network-related issues
• Provide assistance in setting up new laptops for new and existing employees
• Manage the operations of the IT procurement and inventory management function
• Attend IT onsite hardware maintenance work and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Assist in creating best practice and reference manuals to provide training and guidance for end users
