General Office administration

• oSupport local WTS in Workplace related administration
• oOffice rental lease and Contracts/ agreements renewals
• * Responsible for processing payment in (Ariba PO) single point responsibility
• * Support HR in Payroll management
• * 3P Service provider contract management
• * Looking after office vehicle fleet management along with local WTS responsible
• * Support HR in employee Medical claim process and insurance renewal
• * Medical and insurance renewal.
• * Coordinate for Annual Medical camp

CD Support Activities

• Responsible for CD Field team TES claim checking
• CD field tour itenary collection & actual checking
• Coordinate for organizing CD events with CD team and distributors
• Prepare CD 3P rewards drive evaluation
• Managing 3P database for CD team on ground
• Coordinate with 3P vendors for CD team insurance matters
