Lead Software Engineer .NET

We’re seeking a full-time Lead Software Engineer, a visionary who can drive our enterprise software design and development initiatives, guide our development teams, and lead us into the future of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Designing and Development

Lead the design and architecture of our enterprise solutions, ensuring they meet the unique demands and complexities of modern businesses while staying aligned with industry best practices.

Research & Development

Drive R&D initiatives to explore and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can benefit and evolve our products and processes.

Project Lifecycle Management

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) specific to enterprise applications. Streamline our DevOps processes, ensuring timely delivery, continuous enhancement, and the creation of tools that optimize productivity and quality assurance for large-scale software solutions.

Team Leadership

Mentor, manage, and lead the software development team, fostering collaboration, setting clear objectives, and ensuring deliverables meet the exacting standards of enterprise solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with a track record in working with enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in software design, architecture, and full-stack development and ability to learn new technologies.
• Skill in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code and reusable libraries.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the .NET ecosystems and tools including:
• C# and .Net Core
• Asp.net core
• Blazor-WebAssembly (Added advantage)
• HTML/CSS
• MS SQL/EF Core
• Ability to translate business functional requirements into technical specifications and tasks
• Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team-working skills.
• Self-discipline, drive, and resilience.
