EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• MSc or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated experience of operating at a senior level in an equivalent environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to plan and keep track of multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Felixable to work remotely on 24/7 US time zones.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Coordinate and monitor Marketing and Sourcing activities and review the progress of CIS overseas operations.
• Identify LAQ operational concerns and F/U daily concerns / Wrike Project Updates / other managerial activities.
