Marketing Assistant

We are looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with Designing, customer relationship (CRM) managing campaign leads and digital marketing. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

Prior work experience in Designing, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with the marketing executive, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
2. Updating social media platforms.
3. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
4. Working closely with sales and marketing department.
5. Maintaining a marketing database.
6. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
7. Analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

Marketing Assistant Requirements

1. Administration or sales and marketing experience.
2. Digital marketing experience.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
5. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
6. Related professional qualification will be considered as a plus.
