National Pharmaceutical Finance Manager
Key Drivers
• Provide guidance, direction and motivate a 15 member team to execute the business plan and drive sales in SriLanka.
• Mentor Sales force, disseminate information, allocate responsibilities and evaluate performance, maintain discipline.
• Review distributions and inventory of stocks at the chemists / distributors to ensure that the guidelines are met in stock holding, quality assurance & documentation.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate distributors in terms of performance,service attitude, mobility & coverage.
• Build a superior corporate relationship with the HCPs/KOLs and build a network to develop relationships to increase sales and long term success & market position.
• Organizing Marketing Programme and CMEs for Drs and Paramedics in hospitals, conducting speaker programmes, round table conferences.
• Implementing marketing activities such as patient camps, participation through Corporate Stalls in National Level CME programmes for enhancing brand visibility coverage & reach.
Incumbent profile:
• Highly accomplished Sri Lankan national, deeply driven, creative marketing and sales professional with successful track record in pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Distributors.
• Capable of managing entire sales operation ranging from creating & retaining a vast dealership base, surveying the market & launching new products, keeping track of the inventory & implementing innovative strategies for growth in sales.
