Job Description of a Process Associate

 

Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting for Hotels industry
  • Preparation of reports
  • Daily reporting
  • Meeting deadlines
  • May have to travel to hotels if required

Person Specifications

  • 1st / 2nd stage students of ACCA, CIMA, ICASL or CMA.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in hotel sector is preferrable (including internships)
  • Good communication skills in English (Both spoken & written)
  • Excellent (intermediate) MS Excel skills
  • Preferably prior experience in ERP/ Accounting systems
  • knowledge in accounting standards
  • Flexible to working hours
