Project Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, risk management strategies, and communication protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans as necessary.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment on objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
