Quality Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality across all phases of development.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to define test requirements and ensure timely bug fixes.
• Oversee automation testing initiatives and continuous integration testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, tools (Selenium, JIRA), and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
