OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager for Human Resources and Administration to join the dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company in the Kurunegala District. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management and administration within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and ensuring smooth administrative operations at our factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
PRE-REQUISITES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Over 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Solid experience in handling factory HR and administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
