Key purpose of the Job

As Senior Merchandiser – Bulk, you will be reporting to the Manager – Merchandising. You will be accountable for driving the T&A for the assigned orders (category/customer). This includes ensuring achievement of OTD, Quality, Schedule attainment and profitability objectives in close co-ordination with cross functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively co-ordinate the execution of orders on a timely basis and achieve the relevant pre-defined delivery targets to ensure customer satisfaction 
2. Manage respective T&As and bear responsibility for 100% customer co-ordination
3. Record and distribute weekly updates and co-ordinate with the Planning team to achieve committed delivery deadlines
4. Know and maintain up-to-date status reports on all orders
5. Ensure 100% on time delivery as per expected quality standards
6. Cost effectively manage the operations and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams as necessary
