Senior Specialist, Digital Enablement
Role Purpose
This Specialist position will play a pivotal role in the newly created Digital Enablement Team, a group of marketers leading the Digital Transformation strategy for LSEG. Partnering with colleagues across the Communications and Marketing organization as well as expert stakeholders in the wider business, the team will reimagine how LSEG engages its customers digitally and take full advantage of the opportunities presented by the Refinitiv acquisition. The Digital Enablement team acts as business owner of the various marketing website within the group.
- Informing the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap for the Marketing organization
- Partnering with Technology to provide requirements for delivery
- Identifying new digital opportunities, inputs to business case creation
- Acting as a business experience owner for LSEG’s key digital touch points
Role Responsibilities
- Implementing aspects of LSEG’s go-forward global Digital Transformation strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders
- Writing development stories for LSEG’s strategic websites
- Managing customer/client communications related to websites
- Acting as the main connector between the business and the technical delivery teams
- Executing pre-release testing
- Using the voice of the customer, testing/optimization data and site performance metrics appropriately
- Supporting website operations to maintain an up to date & compliant website for the business
- Manage communication with all stakeholders across the business to keep them informed and resolve website related issues
- Highlight, respond & manage website incident as they occur
Leadership & Management Responsibilities

- Expert for LSEG on specific elements of Digital Transformation
- Contributing to other relevant projects
- Stakeholder, Marketing Technology and agency engagement
Technical / Job Functional Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience with the Adobe or Drupal Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong knowledge in JIRA and other project/ product management tools. The ideal candidate will be an expert writer of stories/issues
- Demonstrable experience in delivering development roadmaps aligned to meet business objectives and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and vice-versa, translating technology terminology into simple business terms
- Experience in agile methodology
Business and Sector Expertise
- Experience within the financial sector would be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in JIRA and other project/ product management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Ability to partner with business and technology stakeholders.
- Continuously adopt a pragmatic, flexible and responsive approach.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Able to work UK working hours as well as SL working hours.
