Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design software solutions, and implement features using the .Net framework
• Develop and maintain efficient and reliable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring high-quality code
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring optimal system functionality
• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and sharing knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on industrial experience
• Knowledge and experience in Design Patterns and Software Architecture
• Strong proficiency in .Net development, including experience with C# and the .Net framework
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.Net, MVC, and Web API
• “Workday Cloud Integration” will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Services like Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions etc.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server and familiarity with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)
• Informed about security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
