Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design. The role involves creating and maintaining websites, optimizing web performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Provide web development service by writing well-designed and efficient codes to maintain, expand, and scale websites.
• Create websites and user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Update Group and country websites with the most current information and offerings.
• Integrate data from various back-end services, databases, and digital analytics.
• Support and execute optimization plans for Search Engine Marketing on Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
• Consistently report work’s progress and issues, and propose initiatives and solutions to improve traffic, digital analytics and marketing.
• Execute other digital marketing strategies in alignment to overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in web programming.
• Excellent programming skills with in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript.
• Solid understanding of mailquizze and mailchip
• Hands-on experience in digital analytics, webmaster tools, and tag manager tools.
• Familiar with WordPress.

Adequate knowledge of website security, session management, and best development practices.

• Strong skills in data processing, web hosting, and other information service
